I convinced my husband to purchase the MacBook after our desktop contracted a series of virus and we had to reformat the harddrives for the 3rd time. We use the MacBook to track our family finances and continue to use the PC for other non-financial activities.

The graphics and usability of the computer is great. It instantly found and connected to our wireless modem without me having to do much of anything.

There were some challenges with using it for online banking as my bank doesn't support Safari. After installing FireFox, this problem went away. But it is slightly frustrating to have...

The MacBook is a great little fella. I like the ease of use. I loved the keypad two-finger scrolling and tap-to-click. The laptop did get a little warm after use. That could be a good thing though with the cold winters around here. Just set it on your lap and bingo - you've got a heated blanket. One thing I found out is that some softwares crash the system. One is the k-9 bluetooth software. It is a software that is used to eliminate threats on the internet like porn, fishing, etc... The software is not affiliated with Mac, just FYI. the laptop is light. I LOVE the magnet...
