The Apple MacBook 13" is intuitive to the user and so easy to use. I love the face recognition that is available in iphoto. It allows you to group pictures easily, and it is interesting to see what pictures come up under a particular person.

My husband is a pc user, and I am always having to help him solve problems that seem so easy with my mac.

It is lightweight and convenient for carrying across the room and is fast in all areas. I am not used to the pop ups that come when I just want to close a window, but I've only had the computer three weeks, so guess that will take some getting used to....

I had been a PC person before getting really interested in a freind's MacBook.  When my PC crashed last spring, I had to borrow her laptop on and off to complete some college papers and projects.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to adapt to the Mac.  I also fell in love with all its visual capabilities and organizers.

Although it was pricey, I really knew that I was buying quality.  I also bought the 3 year Apple Care which is very extensive (but I haven't had to use it!).

As a teacher, I love how much my Mac can do - I really feel like the world is at my fingertips.  It is so easy...

I bought my MacBook laptop 3 years ago, and I still absolutely love it. The processing speed is so much faster than my old Windows laptop. After a few years, it has started to slow down some but not much. The battery life is still excellent.

I love how lightweight and slim it is. It's so easy to carry around. And the design for the power cord is ingenious. It folds up so neatly. The power cord attaches to the computer magnetically. So if you trip on the cord, you won't knock your computer off the desk. That feature has saved me numerous times.

I can't say enough good things about the MacBook. Not only is this computer durable it is so easy to use! A couple of friends warned me that Macs aren't "user friendly" but I strongly disagree. I'm not computer whiz, and it still took me no time to get use to it. If you are willing to spend a few hours learning some techniques, you will be surprised to find how easy and fun MacBooks are. I love this computer! I got it at the begining of college, 2 years ago, and it has been fantastic. I have had no problems with anything. Make sure you put your laptop on a hard surface where it can breathe, because the bottom of the laptop does get kind of hot. Don't set it on your bed or anything like that where it can't stay cooled. The Macbook is worth the extra money. It is effecient, durable, speedy, and long lasting. When I went to college I spent a lot of money on a dell. This was an awful choice. The dell was slow, always caused be problems, and died after 2 years. The mac is the way to go. The Mac is a great design. I love the color, the look, and how light weight it is. I love my Mac!  I received it as a Christmas gift from my mother since I was the only family member still using a PC.  It is so fast that I want to toss my HP out the window.  Unfortunately I have Microsoft Money on it, so I still have to keep it.  The Mac is sleek and very light.  It used to kill me to haul the HP laptop through airports.  No more of that!

In the face of all the mini, notebook and a variety of smaller computer in the market, MacBook is still fashionable.  It is small and light enough that one can easily put it inside a shoulder bag.  It is powerful enough like a desktop.

Build-in camera is a plus!!  I love the PhotoBooth software that came with the computer.

I had a dell until about a year ago, when my friends convinced me to make the switch. Namely my BF couldn't stand my dell anymore, which was slow, clunky and wouln't do what you wanted it to 1/2 the time. I'm so glad i made the switch! Mac is so proficiant. It does everything I need it to do, and learning the new operating system is not hard at all.
