Unlike other states, muni fares are fairly cheap!! NY was so expensive, oakland alsoo!! even students pay 75 cents while in SF they pay 50cents !! and they have this usefull tickets/transfers for up to 3 hours! muni should be everywhere! however they should check their employees, since i have encountered many of them..that ignore my questions about routes, gave me bad directions, scream at people, dont look at proves of payment, etc. !! nevertheless a LOT of them were very nice too!!
