The western Mediterranean cruise on MSC Cruise Lines was very nice;  the onshore guides and tours were excellent.   However, on the ship itself personnel, especially in the restaurant buffet areas. as well as at the front desk were not very helpful and seemed more concerned with socializing among themselves.
