MSC Cruises - Lirica USA —

My husband and I took the MSC Lirica for a 10 day cruise from FT. Lauderdale on Jan.19,2008 It went to five different countries, Mexico,Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and Dominican Republic. We loved the all, perhaps except for Panama, the ship docks at Colon, and it doesn't look too safe, but visiting the panama Canal was amazing. Cartagena Colombia has so many great place too visit and the best fried fish, it was to bad we didn't stay for a longer time.

We must say that the food was excellent. There is alot of variety, the menu selection changes everyday. The food was very tasty and we had a chance to eat things we never had before like frog legs. Those were very good too. Our waiters were exceptionally wounferdul. The ship had sepectacular cleanliness.

The Primary language is obviously Italian, But every one speak multiple languages, so no one would feel left out at any time. All annoucement are made in 5 different languages. And they even offer Italian lessons which were very fun.

Every night after dinner they'd offer broadway type shows in the theater that were very good. I would definately recommend this cruise and ship to anyone and everyone. The destinations were amazing. You'd have a great time. We did!

My husband and I don't have kids yet, but I don't know if kids would have much fun on this ship. There were only a few kids when we went.
