It was brought to my attention that I should be taking a whey supplement after excercising. I chose this simple and convienient supplement and feel great. I use it in place of the 3 snacks in between my 3 main meals as I find it difficult to eat 6 times a day. I would recommend this to those who deplete their bodys excercising a lot. I chose this specific supplement because it matched the protein content, carbohydrates, and fats. It is jammedpacked with the fiber, vitamins, and minerals my body requires post-workout. I call it my recovery shake and the taste is superior to other brands I have tried. Many excercise enthusiasts are unaware that they should nurish their bodies after a workout. It also helps to build the lean mass that we women need. I would seek professional advice from a nutritionist and/or doctor. Do not jut put yourself on a liquid diet. This product works great when used as a supplement.
