All in all the entire motions series is good this stuff especially. Whenever I use this product my hair comes out silky, soft and manageable. Other times when I just use other conditioning shampoos my hair it just makes it feel softer. After the rinse my hair was still a little dry and kinda greasy. However I still gave it a pretty high rating because I liked the results I got when using the whole series. Effectiveness Although this product works it seems as though the results depend on if you use the whole series. If you do then you'll get the best results, however if you don't then you'll only get average results. I didn't really like that because it makes you have to buy a whole bunch of other things in order for it to work as advertised. If you're planning on using this stuff as a regular everyday shampoo then you shouldn't expect anything amazingly life changing but still more than your basic shampoo. Scent It didn't smell distinctly like anything so it's hard to say that it's bad.

I rate this shampoo on top because it leaves hair feeling and looking great! I rate this shampoo at the highest because never have I used a shampoo that made my hair feel as silky and gives my hair the body that I like. The shampoo is everything that I need in one tube. Effectiveness The shampoo is very effective because if the hair is damaged and feels hard, the shampoo will leave the hair feeling soft and easy to manage. The shampoo easily lifts oils from the hair and even though it lathers very well, it is very easy to rinse out. The hair is left clean and fresh. The shampoo lathers very well and even after one shampoo, the hair feels cleaner and healthier. Scent The smell is refreshing and not too strong. I enjoy using the shampoo because the wonderful scent stays in the hair long after the shampoo. The scent is even somewhat relaxing to smell. I can even smell the scent after my hair is styled. This is a great shampoo to use on all types of hair!

I am currently transitioning and I have been just co-washing my hair, but I decided I wanted a deeper clean. I was washing my hair with Suave Humectant Shampoo while I was relaxed and it was really good so I decided I could use it while transitioning but it was a bad idea. I encountered so many tangles and it caused my natural texture to matt together with the relaxed hair. It took me 2 weeks to full detangle it because I kept finding stray knots. So I decided to use Motions. When I poured some of the shampoo into my hand I noticed it was very thin and I thought it would be a problem in getting my hair clean. Once I put it on my hair it detangled it and lathered very well and caused my hair to be clean very easily. And it rinsed out very well. It is now the only shampoo that I use when I want my hair to have a deep clean aside from co-washing. When I am completely back natural I will continue to use this shampoo because I like the consistency and it works really well.

I tried Motions shampoo for my daughter. Her hair was breaking, and I heard so many wonderful things about trying it. I have to say that Motions is just like any other shampoo. The only reason why I'm still using it is I hate to waste shampoo. Since her hair is not falling out, I'll finish the bottle. Her hair did stop breaking...only after I took her to a beautician.

I am a woman of color and have had a hard time finding the right product to make sure my hair is taking care of correctly. Well when me and my sister came across motions many of years ago we thought we had hit the jackpot! This product work really well on our hair. We have a fair grade of hair so after a wash or two with this product it's clean, smelling good, and feeling great. Effectiveness This shampoo will get your hair clean in a wash or two. I do believe it works really good it leaves your hair looking and feeling healthy / shiny. It also feels like it is giving you a pre deep condition to your hair and scalp. I believe it help and repairs damaged hair or hair that is falling out. Scent The scent is a cool delightful mild scent. I do believe that this is very lady like. It smells fresh and young. I know it sounds crazy but this is how I really feel after washing with this product. After the wash you will still be able to smell the scent for a few days.

i personally love all of the motion products.since i have been using motions my hair has become much more healthier and has grown tremendously.i recieve comment daily on how long pretty and healthy my hair is everyday.at this present time i can not see any reason to change to another product i am completely satisfied and would reccommend using motion products to all of my family amd friends

**I decided to try this shampoo for the first time because it was on sale (free after rebate) at the drug store. After using it consistently for a few months, I decided it was not for me.  The directions said to use only a small amount, but I have waist-long hair and it "runs out" very quickly if I don't use more. It is quite difficult to lather, and I prefer a lot of lather. The shampoo is not very easy to rinse off. It doesn't really leave any unpleasant residue, but it just takes a long time to rinse completely. It is supposed to be "conditioning", but sometimes I find myself having to use additional conditioner after the wash, otherwise my hair still gets tangled and dry. So it doesn't really perform as claimed. The appearance of the packaging (yellow tube with a blue lid) isn't so great. I guess it looks more functional than attractive. The good thing is that the lid is on the bottom, so it's always easy to dispense even if the tube is almost empty. As far as the fragrance goes, it is pleasant but not particularly great. Overall, it's just a very ordinary shampoo to me. So if I want to spend money on shampoos, I would much rather spend on another brand. I would not be able to recommend this because I don't see any benefit using this product.  **

I am loving this product so much i will be using this product for a very long time. I will be tell my  host of friends and family about this great product. Everytime i use this product i get the same results. after you have wash you hair you can tell the difference of the texture of the hair.
