This is a cute jacket!!  I went  to Target to purchase this jacket.  I'm a size 18,16/18  was too tight so I had to go up a size.  When I tried on a 20/22 and it was a perfect fit.  Another woman was there and she had the same problem.  We both agreed that a bigger would be better.
