When I bought my home, it had been completely renovated from a foreclosure auction, so all of the appliances inside came brand-new. The only thing I had to buy was a refrigerator and washing machine. Since I didn't have to shop for a kitchen faucet, I don't know how Moen Kitchen Faucets compare in price to other brands. What I do know is that in the one year I have owned my home, I have only had a minor problem.
My Moen Kitchen Faucet is nice because it has a singular handle which is easy to use when your hands are filthy from cooking. One of my favorite features of the Moen Kitchen Faucet is the ability to pull the head out and control the flow of the water. Sadly, I didn't know this feature existed until I owned my home for almost 9 months! I saw my husband spraying the sink in all kinds of directions and wondered how the heck he was doing it. The head is attached to a hose, so you can literally spray where ever you want to. My other favorite feature of this faucet is the rubber control on top of the handle. The rubber control has two buttons, one button makes the water come out in a normal stream and the other button makes the water come out in a spray. Each setting is very useful!
Since owning this product, the only complaint I have is that it sometimes drips (wastes) water. I had a maintence person come and fix that, so it is no longer a problem. That was the only problem I have incurred since owning it. I think that my Moen Kitchen Faucet is a handy, functional faucet and depending on price, I would probably buy another Moen.
