I just bought this Moen handheld shower sprayer.  It works great!!! The spray goes where it needs to go and the design is definitely a compliment to my bath.  It is a very worthwhile replacement for the other brand I had been using. RIght now I do not see any negatives to this product.  THe only thing that concerns me is the possibility that it may rust or the finish may tarnish in some way. After purchasing the Moen hand helf faucet 6 months ago, I wondered about its' value considering the price. It has more than satisfied on numerous occasions in so many different ways which proves its' worth. It is so convenient to help when rinsing out the kids' hairs. I just bought a standard Moen shower head as a replacement for one that I had in my shower.  My original was a hand held, but the piping was getting tarnished and the pressure from the shower head itself was very weak. I went to Lowes and it was on recommendation that I try the Moen product because it lasts longer, gives even pressure and has a great warranty. The Moen hand held shower faucet is excellent. It saves water. It has 4 different spray patterns which include massage, full, vigorous and combination. These 4 patterns are exhilirating for the body, mind and soul. The massage pattern actually relaxes the body and makes you want to stay in the shower longer.
