Major League Baseball
How I loved the game of baseball. All I ever wanted to be was a major leaguer. As a kid, I use to idolize the players, had their cards, and waited breathlessly for the World Series to come. I loved Duke Snider, hated Mickey Mantle and wished that Sandy Koufax would pitch every game, but things have changed.
Baseball players are now mercenaries. They play for the team that pays the most. There is no loyality anymore. The game is played for money and the bigger the city, the more money they can spend on free agents. Worst of all, the games are played at night and...

Baseball. A game that has been played since last century. It is called America's pastime. Great players have played this great game including Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Nolan Ryan, and much more. It was a great until this era. The Mitchell Report comes out and sais that over 100 players in the Major League Baseball Association including Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds, Miguel Tejada,and more have taken perfomance enhancing drugs [steroids].
