Pros

    cutest car around, love old fashioned look, drives like a dream, easy to shift, easy to park, enough space for 3, very comfortable, even good for long trip, convertible top so easy

Cons
    limited space, not the best service

Usually go for top of the line cars, have always had a BMW, SAAB or the like.  But decided to try a Mini as I really liked the look of the car.  Have been thrilled with the car, it is just so much fun to drive, the stick shift is so easy to use.  I have very bad hands, pretty much disabled, but have absolutely no trouble using this car, I prefer it to our larger Lexus SUV.  I find that it's just a fun car to drive and like to just take off and take drives in the country, not always knowing where I am going.  I would recommend this car without a second thought.  Only negative is the service people at Mini, they aren't the best.  But, then, where do you get really go service people anymore??????
