Recently stayed here for my wedding and reception.  You can really tell the people who really care about what's going on there.  The wedding was perfect, no problems what so ever.  Like I said Perfect!  Now here we go with the bad.  Check in and out is a nightmare no rooms are ready at check in time they give you 3pm.  More like 7 or 8 pm.  Check out is just as bad becasue you have lines of people trying to check in.  Just bad managment at front counter.  Next, planned reception there and everything was supposed to be taken care of.  Not the case, if I had not been in the room when they were setting up it would have been a disaster.  No one in room services knew what was going on.  Not to mention in planning our reception we spoke to 5 different people in a 4 month period.  Everytime you talked to a new person you had to go over everything from the start, food, drinks, setting, etc.  Not to mention you are expected to pay everything in a timley manner but they reinburse payments at there on time frame (which is not very quick).  Rooms were great when you finally get in them, food is okay, casino is like any other casino.  Overall its a great place if you are not concerned with service.  You can get better service from a Motel 6.  Also if you have a complant about anything good luck, filled out questionare online after we left on August 18th 2008 still have not heard back from them (todays date 10-21-08).
