As a mac "collector"/makeup artist, I purchased this solely to ad to my collection. I worked with neon. matte pigments previously so I know they are a big chalky. skipping mess that cannot be used without some MAJOR prep work. Magenta Madness, I found, was a little chalky, but it DID NOT take the work that most neons do. It is my favorite color from that pro neon collection. I wear it as a blush. lip, eyeliner, shadow. It is very versatile as long as you have the patience to work with it.
