I absolutely love MAC makeup. I've been wearing makeup for over twenty years and I've tried all kinds of products -  from the inexpensive no-name drugstore brands to the highest priced department store stuff. I have been buying exclusively MAC for the last several years and it is definitely worth it. Even though you might spend a little more for a MAC eyeshadow, the quality and longevity are worth it. MAC Eye Shadows, in my opinion, ARE THE BEST!  I have spent tons of money over the years on cosmetics.  I have a hard time finding that "perfect product".  I believe that when I came across MAC Eye Shadows I did just that.  The rich opaque colors go on smooth and stay on.  The colors are bold but can be applied to look soft or dramatic, whatever look you are going for.  They have classic colors as well as more trendy.

MAC Eyeshadow is by far the longest lasting eye shadow I have ever used. Not only is it long lasting but its also true to its color and does not smudge very easily. What I mean by true to its color is that the color u see is the color you apply, unlike other companies whose products are too sheer and when applied it looks like something completely different from what you wanted to buy. I am absolute in love with the Mac brand line and with the Mac eye shadow. Although these little tubs of eyeshadows are $14 a pop it is well worth it. I am in love with Mac Amber Lights as well as the Charcoal Brown. They come in a wide variety of colors. It has been featured in many of my magazines and has also been the recipient of many beauty awards. This eyeshadow also blends really well with other colors. I have been using MAC makeup for over 10 years. Forget the times of the regular drug store stuff or the "similar" products out there.

I can apply mac eyeshadow early in the day and still have that beautiful bright color 8 hours later. It does not wane. They have beautiful shadows that blend easily with other colors in their line and can be combined with a myriad of colors for the ultimate look.

I prefer the non-metallic/sheen shadows for pure true pigment. If you're looking for fabulous color, do stay away from anything with a sheen and only use sheens for highlighting.

MAC Eyeshadows are the Bomb! Great colors, great texture! Unfortunately I am allergic to some colors but that is in general. However the colors that I can use are great! They have a variety of colors and tones which makes it awesome to match with clothes! The variety of colors and textures also make it great to combine with a variety of colors. I would recommend that everyone try it. Although it is a a bit more pricer than most eyeshadows it is VERY much worth the extra money money pay. It is well worth it!  Once you try it you'll NEVER go back to anything else!

While there are many, many choices for us in the makeup world, I keep coming back to MAC shadows.  There are enough choices for the most conservative to the most outrageous and all gals in between.  It goes on easy, stays on and looks great after a long day.

 I try others but I always am disappointed.  Today I reordered from Nordstrom's just so I don't have to fight the mall crowds during the holidays.  At $14 a piece, they are a little pricey but if you're serious about your looks, these are worth the money.

I love Mac. I've been using Mac products for years and my friends tell me I should work for them, that's how much I promote there products. I did my girlfriend's wedding make-up and I made her us all Mac make-up. I haven't used drugstore brand make-up since I started using Mac. Using cheaper brands of eyeshadow is a pain as you have to layer the eyeshadow on and still don't get the color that it looks like. With Mac eyeshadow, you swipe the eyeshadow right on and it's the same color that you bought! I love it.
