MAC Eye Shadow —
I recently got into MAC because I've heard so many great things about it. And so far I've only tried MAC eyeshadows and I'm definitly impressed. There's such a wide range of colors and they blend beautifully. While some eyeshadows such as Cool Heat from the Cool Heat collection are very chalky (but a gorgeous color) a majority of them are very easy to work with. And Kid, which is a veluxe eyeshadow, is amazingly soft. Not only does MAC have a wide color selection, they also have various finishes that their eyeshadows come in. Frost, Veluxe, Veluxe Pearl, Matte, Matte^2, Satin, Lustre and Velvet are the only one I can remember off the top of my head. But these different finishes affect the eyeshadows differently so unfortunately someone new to MAC may not realize it. However overall these eyeshadows are really good and you only need a little bit of product to get the look you're going for as opposed to packing on color with drugstore makeup. So in the end, it's worth it to spend a little more on MAC eyeshadows because they'll last a very long time.Last edited on Jul 27, 2008
