I'm all about quick and easy when it comes to cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. Having two children, I also like to make sure that any germs or bacteria are eliminated to avoid as much sickness as I can. I have tried both the Lysol Disinfectant Wipes and the Clorox Disinfecting Wipes and I decided to compare the two so you, the reader, can determine which product might be best for you.
These Lysol Disinfectant Wipes contain Micro-Lock Fibers that are three types of fibers that are treated and woven together in a "hydroentanglement process" for greater durability and abrasion resistance. The cylinder container of 35 wipes cost around $3.99. Lysol claims that their disinfectant wipes kill 99.9% of germs and even the bacteria that causes odors.
I had some issues with getting the wipes out of the container. Almost one out of every five would not feed through. This became annoying after awhile because I had to open the top and manually take the wipes out. The texture of these wipes did make cleaning up dried messes less of chore but with that being said, it's important to note that too much solution came off of these wipes. It was necessary for me to follow up with paper towels to wipe up all the extra wetness.
*** 3 Stars
The Clorox Disinfecting Wipes do not contain any special fibers like the Lysol brand so are not as effective on dried on foods. The cylinder container of 35 wipes also cost around $3.99 but come lemon scented unlike the Lysol. Clorox claims that their disinfecting wipes kills 99.9% of bacteria in 30 seconds. These wipes had just enough solution to wipe up a mess and the surface to dry naturally. I liked not having to take that extra step.
I never had any problems getting the wipes to feed out of the Clorox container, which made my cleaning less of a chore. These wipes had just enough solution to wipe up a mess and the surface to dry naturally. I liked not having to take that extra step.

My Final Viewpoint
The experiences that I have had with both of these brands of wipes have made it easy for me to choose the one that I think works the best. Although I do like the Micro-Lock Fibers in the Lysol brand, the abundance of solution on each wipe really did turn out to be a pain. I also was annoyed by having to open the canister after around every five wipes just to get one out.
I prefer the Clorox Disinfecting Wipes because of their convenience, ease of use and pleasant scent. I do have to scrub a little bit harder to get the dried messes out but I don't find that to be too much of an extra chore.
