When it comes to black hair care, there is always a flava of the month so to speak. In the late1960's everyone used Bergamont as a hair dress and pressing oil. In the 1970's Natural hair styles were popular and so were Hair sprays. In th late 70's early 1980's Pink Oil lotion was the buz word. Later in the 80's Curly perms became all the rage and curl activator was the product of choice. In the 1990'spritz was popular. Then in the early 2000's Carrot oil and Carrot lotion and Carrot conditioner seemed to be everyone's favorite. Today Olive Oil takew the top spot in blak hair care products. Olive oil , Olive oil creme hair dress, Olive oil moisturizer, shampoo and conditioners are everywhere. Olive Oil has been used since bible days. And is filled with nutrients so I purchased Lusti Organics Olive Oil Hair Sheen . It indeed leaves my hair soft and silky. I like the smell. And oil certainly is lighter than old fashioned hair dressing based with petroleum jelly. I will probably buy this product again. Or I might just get a bottle of Olive Oil from thr food setion of thr grocery store.
