I gave it my best try. I used this product for 3 weeks hoping to whiten my teeth. I used it twice a day every day as the instructions recommended. The mouthwash didn't taste too bad. But then I had to use the pen with the whitening gel. It came out onto the brush in large gobs. It was too liquidy to stay on the brush long enough to really brush it onto my teeth appropriately so I had to keep adding more. The taste was horrible as it leaked into my mouth. It made my tongue and gums sting and tingly. I had to leave it on for a while before I could rinse or anything and it was a nasty feeling. But I continued using it for the full 3 weeks in hopes of whiter teeth. But it was spotty. It seems to only whiten parts of my teeth and leave other parts darker shades. It did not get rid of most of the stains, even light ones. This is definitely a product I would not recommend or use again. Effectiveness Only whitened in small areas. Convenience Did not take long to use, but had to keep squeezing out more gel. Minimal Side Effects Again, made my tongue, gums, and lips sting and tingly.

I decided to try this when I got a really good coupon for it from a friend who had gotten to try it free. It was on clearance, so I got it super cheap. It is pretty simple to use, you just brush it on twice a day and leave it on for ten minutes before rinsing it off. You also have to try not to let your lips touch your teeth. Which isn't that hard unless you are focusing on it. But anyhow. I followed the directions exactly, and didn't really see a result. I don't think it made my teeth much whiter at all. Thankfully it did not cause any tooth sensitivity like the whitening strips do, which is why I stopped using those almost immediately. Not to mention I hated having the strip on my teeth for what seemed like an eternity. I am not sure I would pay full price for this, but if you can get a good deal on it, it might be worth the try for you . I just wasn't over all impressed with the results from it. At least it is easy to use with no side effects.

Luster Weekend Tooth Whitening System works amazingly well. I got a kit for myself and a kit for my boyfriend. I don't smoke or drink coffee but my boyfriend does. My teeth were not the whitest they could be and I had tried various whitening strips to no success. I saw this kit and I decided "What the heck?" Although it is highly recommended you follow the instructions exactly as instructed, I only used the brush on whitening portion. I did rinse my mouth after and I noticed results within minutes. The instructions do say you have to keep your lips and gums away from the whitening gel for at least 10 minutes. So your mouth can get a little uncomfortable if you purse your lips open for that long or hold it in a constant smile. My boyfriend used the system as well, as instructed and was amazed at how awesome his teeth looked after just one use. He has also been trying to find a good whitening system but has been unsuccessful. This system works amazing and I would highly recommend it.

We were getting family pictures and I wanted to whiten my teeth for them. I had a very bad experience with Crest's white strips (classic), so I was looking for something different that would work just as well without making my teeth super sensitive. I was a little hesitant to try this product because I didn't know much about it. I found a coupon on their facebook page and decided to give it a try! The weekend kit is for 3 days and it really does what it says! My teeth looked shades whiter! The best part for me is, it didn't make my teeth sensitive, and my gums didn't get irritated. The kit is super simple and easy to use, and with a coupon available, I feel like I got a great deal! Without a coupon though, I think they're a little on the pricey side, so check online on their site, as well as their facebook page for available coupons. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with this product!

I recently decided to try the Luster Weekend Tooth Whitening system to brighten up my teeth between dental visists. At first the directions seemed pretty simple and easy to follow. As I actually used the Luster Whitening system it became a little more complicated. Things didn't actually work the way the directions implied! But I managed to make use of the Luster Whitening system several times after a little trial and error. The results really wreren't noticable. I Think I could tell a difference examing my teeth closely in the mirror, but I am sure no one else would notice. The taste left from the Luster Whitening system was slightly unpleasant, and left a medicinal taste in my mouth for hours after using. I really wouldn't reccomend The Luster Weekend Tooth Whitening system to anyone else because it didn't make a huge difference to me. My mouth certainly didn't look anything like after i visit the dentist!

I bought this because I had a great rebate opportunity to try this product for an extremely low price.I have tried numerous whitening products and have always had to stop using them because of sensitivity issues. This product did not cause any sensitivity and was quite simple and easy to use. It did not have an unpleasant taste which is associated with tooth whitening products and did not make my gums sore for weeks after I used it. There are not alot of stores that carry this product, you will have to buy it at your local drugstore and it is quite costly for a product to try. It is well worth the money.  I will buy this product again when I need a quick touch up!

Bought Luster Weekend Tooth Whitening System after reading positive review about it in a magazine.  It is an easy process.  You just use the mouth rinse and then brush on the whitening product and leave on for 10 minutes.  You are supposed to use 2 times a day for 3 days even though there is more product to use.  I have used it for 3 days and have not found my teeth to be any whiter than they are now.  My dentist tells me that my teeth are very white already, but I don't know if i agree.  This product does not cause any sensitivity which is great because other strips I have used have caused my great sensitivity.  It is worth a try and when on sale is a great buy.

This product is great it realy does whithen your teeth and its very noticable, but the only bad thing that i found with this is that it bother your lips kinda burns a little other then that its a great product.I would recommend this item because you really do see results in three days.

My teeth were not that stained. Mostly coffee stains. I tried Lustre and aside from drooling on myself during the process, I liked it alot. It did indeed work. I did notice some sensitivity in my teeth after the 3rd application but that went away in few minutes afterwards unlike using the trays where my teeth are sensitive for hours. I only did the 3 applications that one time since then I use it when I want to look my best. I'd say every 2-3 weeks. I do 1 to 2 applications. I do notice that following their recommendations for after treatment is a good idea. stay away from coffee, soda, red wine, etc... for a while does help. The drooling part turned into laughing at the sight of myself prompted me to look in the instructions and yup, they do have tips to handle that. the tips did help. It doesnt taste bad either. So I would do a treatment and run out the door and by the time I got to where I needed to be I could eat/drink again (you can right after but they dont recommend it. In fact I think it is 24 hours before eating something staining but cant remember for certain) I also like too it doesnt bleach your gums. The trays use to do that to my teeth so i would have to do treatment night before.

i have also tried the luster kit with the light. i thought these products had some higher cost looking techniques. I just did not see a difference at all. A few years ago, i used some strips, and my teeth were so white! After a while the coffee started to darken them, so i thought this would be the key. Not so much...
