Lupine makes outstanding leashes and collars for dogs and cats.  They are high quality nylon in beautiful designs and colors that you can match or coordinate.  The leash handles are covered in a softer fabric to be kind to your hands.  Lupine has a replacement policy for leashes or collars that have been chewed or rip.  I've had to use it twice and both times re-ceived my equal replacemnt quickly.    I've never had a leash or collar fail, only chewed up when I was in a hurry and didn't put them away.

My only concern is that for toy dogs and cats, they make a thin leash with a small clip, and all the rest of their leashes have a large clip.  For just small (20-40#) dogs and medium (40-60#) dogs, I think the clip is too big and will bang against the dog's neck when they walk.

I use Lupine leashes and some leather leashes from AmeraPet. All my collars are Lupine and match the leashes, so when we go "out on the town" my dogs look sgrat and my hands are happy.  As a dog trainer, I always refer my students to the Lupine products.   You can get them at both pet retailers and on-line.
