I was very skeptical when trying this product.  Protein bars are usually not very good!  I love these bars!  The 'Nuts over Chocolate" are the best!  It is better than eating a candy bar! I think people would be shocked to realize how much protein they should consume in a day and these are the perfect way to get the protein!  And they make you feel full longer than a candy bar!!
