I called Luna and one of their competitors to purchase carpet for a rental unit that we own. Luna had the best carpet for the best price, so we decided to go with them, even though their competitor could provide installation the next day.

Unfortunately, that's when the problems began. I never got the first call back to confirm the installation date. Then when I called them, I was told they had just been overwhelmed that day, and were short of help. They called the next day to inform me that the carpet I had chosen was in GA and wouldn't be available for installation until a week later than initially...
