I am a faithful user of Lumene and there are plenty like me who stay silent on this brand probably because we don't want it to be sold out when we want it. This moisturizer if no different the day cream is fantastic for me because its my wake up medicine for my face. It makes my skin feel brighter and it makes me feel like I have a glow and it makes me do something I am not supposed to do... touch my face. Your face becomes increibly soft and you can glide your fingers across your face hours after application and notice the results. This keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day and the texture of my skin magical. I tailor my beauty regimen around Lumene products. FYI they do have a corresponding night cream for the Vitamin C line which I recommend as well and they have a radiance cocktail that you can apply before your day and night cream but I would only recommend using that twice a day if you have dry skin. If you have combination or oily skin like me then use it at night before applying your night cream. Even after cleansing in the morning it makes the morning cream even easier to set in. If you start using the whole vitamin c line then you will notice a more even tone and its absolutely wonderful. I have fun with my beauty routine because when you see results you are more enthusiastic to do it.

I purchased this because I heard vitamin C was really good for skin and help prevent signs of aging. The day cream was very moisturizing and gave me a nice warm glow, whereas before I noticed a dullness & dry areas. Overall it has a nice scent and within a week I saw visible results in the texture of my skin. It was much more smooth/soft and after about a month I noticed dark areas were fading a bit. I would recommend this as a medium moisturizer that works well and pretty fast.

My skin is a little more sallow, dryer, and with a few more wrinkles and lines than a couple years ago, and  I'm eternally convinced that somewhere out there, a cream exists that can reverse at least some of that. When I saw Lumene Vitamin C+ Day Cream with SPF 15  on sale, I had to have it. I've read so much about Lumene's Vitamin C+ skincare line and was excited to give the day cream a try.  **** The cream has a nice soft scent that reminds me of baby lotion and a light consistency...lighter than many day creams and lotions I've tried. It's really light enough to use in a pump bottle, so I'm not sure why it's produced in a jar. The SPF 15, of course, is great. But most compelling is the effect it has had on my skin. And, after a couple of weeks, I can't really see much of a difference. I might be expecting too much, too soon...where did I ever get the idea that a face cream was supposed to give me new skin in two weeks? ** **
