A must for every engine!!

I add Lucas to every vehicle that we own with every oil change. This will keep your engine lubricated better then just using motor oil itself. This will help eliminate dry starts and engine knocks. It will also keep the valves lubricated to reduce valve pings.

Caution & info should precede purchasing Lucas additives

1

This company simply dilutes very heavy concentrations of standard engine oil additives into 40 weight oil. Although it adds very short term benefits, the risk are very high probability of piston deposits and varnishing due to the high dosage of solid additives. The American Petroleum Association restricts these additives from approved specifications to protect consumer equipment. All major lube suppliers follow these specs- but Lucas preys on the uneducated and unaware motor heads who understand nothing about maintaining engine durability. Pity the fools who buy these additives! They are the heroin addicts of the auto and truck marketplace!

Add it with every oil change!

Lucas Oil Stabilizer is a must!  I add it with every oil change, whether it's in the 1996 Toyota Carolla or the 1995 F-150.  I keeps the engines fully lubricated and eliminates dry starts.Since I take care of two older engines I always add Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer to keep them running in top condition.  It eliminates a lot of wear and keeps more oil in the engines between oil changes. If you have a newer engine, try their Lucas Synthetic Oil Stabilizer!  It is perfectly formulated to keep newer engines running just like they rolled off of the lot!One of the reviews on their site shows what an amazing product they make.http://www.lucasoil.com/articles1-3571/ShannonRFarnhamusesLucasSyntheticOilStabilizerThey gave a bottle to the Cadillac dealership to put in their car for the oil change.  5,000 miles later they went to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change before a long trip.  The mechanic told them that he could not get ANY oil to drain from the engine!  Apparently the Cadillac dealership had only put the 1 quart of Lucas additive to the engine for the "oil change."  The oil light didn't come on and the car didn't seem like it needed any more oil.  The whole engine was lubricated with that one quart of Lucas ... what a product!

Lucas Oil Stabilizer is the best money will buy

I have been a Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer user for years now. This says a lot about the product right there. I am a very picky person when it comes to what goes in and out of my vehicles. I am this picky because i am a shade tree mechanic and i don't like to work on things if i don't have to. I change my oil regularly and add Lucas Oil to my Oil because i have higher mileage vehicles now and it's great to coat all the important parts of the engine to keep it running smoothly. I have not had a dry start yet which means when you start your engine cold there's wear and tear on the vital parts of the engine due to all of the oil draining back into the oil pan and none staying on the vital parts of the engine coating them and preventing wear and tear. Lucas Oil is well worth the money spent on it by consumers. It will definitely prolong an engine, tranny, or anything elses run time. It is thick though, so if your using lucas and your regular oil with no adjustments, here's a tip: If you use 10W30 motor oil, switch to 5W30 motor oil with lucas. The Lucas oil will make the 5W30 thick enough. That's just my opinion though.

It's a Lucas product, what more is there to say?

Me and my group of buddies use just about every lucas product there is, whether it's an oil additive or the transmission lubricant that we swear by, if it wasnt for the tranny additive, my buddies tranny wouldnt have last a year or 2 longer than what it did. This stuff is GREAT!
