We installed this laminate wood floor in our living room about a year ago.  I love it still.  We have a dog so I was always concerned about how clean the carpet was.  Since we have installed this floor, we have not had a cold since.  I just keep the wood floor vacuumed and mopped.  It does easily show mud tracks and all of that.. but I think it is worth the few minutes to wipe it up rather than having spots in the carpet to have to try to get out.  I love the color.. very pretty and nice looking.  My husband actually installed this himself with another guy.  He is not a professional or anything.  Since it is a "floating" floor there is no glue or anything like that involved.  So it is fairly easy as long as you know how to cut the angles.  Overall, very satisfied and would do it again in another house!
