Lowes Cabinet Department Review

Lowes is supposed to have Good Customer Service. Well we were in the newer one in East BRunswick, NJ on Route 18. We were looking for wall sconce lamps. I like brighter lights in the room. All of them were saying only 60 watt bulbs. I didn't know why (obviously a higher watt bulb can start a fire) but we wanted to ask, so we looked for the "expert" in teh department that Lowes BRAGS is there to help. Well, let me tell you! He was the rudest most obnoxious person, I have ran into, in one of these stores. He wouldn't even slow down, and he wasn't doing anything at the time, to answer our question. So I followed him and kept talking.  He just barked an answer at us, b/c they only take 60 watt bulbs! I said WHY? Are any made for higher wattage? He said NO! I said DO YOU HAVE 1 MINUTE TO DO YOUR JOB AND EXPLAIN?? He said no, and walked away and started telling jokes with his friends and eating a bag of chips! This is something we needed to know, it could have caused a fire.  We left the store and will never return!!  We are now loyal Home Depot fans!
