Most HelpfulI bought Love The One You're With because I've read Emily Giffin's other three books and like her style. Although Babyproof didn't really impress me, I enjoyed both Something Borrowed and Something Blue. I was hoping that Love The One You're With would be closer to her first two books.

read full review »~Ellen has been married a little over six months to the “perfect” man. Rich, handsome, considerate, passionate, and every fairy tale prince all rolled into one. What did I think about this book. Hmmm… if you had asked me after the first chapter I would have said that I definitely wasn’t thrilled, but once I finished it, I realized it wasn’t as bad as I had thought. I ended up even saving one paragraph with other quotes that I have around that I love....
Ellen's character speaks alot about me. I'm kinda in the same situation but I'm not married to anyone lol. Ellen has to decided wether or not to stay with Andy her loving husband or go back to the Leo the ex. Ellen and Andy worked things out because for better or for worse and in sickness and in health. Andy could've left...

The story line is little more than the same old girl meets and falls for boy, boy leaves her (without explanation), broken hearted...and life goes on pretty much according to the well-known script of hundreds of B movies. I don't want to give away the ending because until the last chapter it's hard to know for sure which of two choices the main character will choose and if that choice reciprocates. The book's strongest point is the characters. Not too many to be confusing, enough...
