Louisiana Fish Fry Products Marinade kits Review

 Louisiana Fish Fry Products makes a variety of dry seasonings and marinades for meat and seafood.  I bought my first jar of Louisiana Fish Fry injectable marinade at a local close-out store.  I was curious, since I had never used his kind of seasoning before.  I am always looking for something new. 

 The jar came with a free "injector" which is like a big hypodermic needle that can suck up whatever marinade you are using and then be inserted into the flesh of meat or seafood to distribute the marinade through the meat.  The jar was about $3.99 but I figured it was a good deal since it came with the free injector. They had Barbecue Butter flavor and I bought it.  After using it on, or should I say in, turkey legs and baking them I was hooked.  I went back and bought all there were in the store and looked back from time to time to see if there were any more or any different flavors.

 I eventually found a Gumbo Mix made by the same company, in the same store.  Needless to say, it was GREAT.  You have to add your own meat or seafood and water and you end up with a rich, flavorful Gumbo that has turned into a family favorite.  Finally, the store didn't get anymore in and I ran out  of my supply  so I went to their website.  WOW! They have so many different kinds of spices, seasonings and marinades.  I had no idea.  I ordered a marinade kit that contained two jars of injectable marinade, an injector and a container of dry, sprinkle-on Cajun seasoning.  I also ordered more gumbo mix and packets of barbecue shrimp sauce mix.   If I remember correctly, my total order was less than $20.00 including shipping. 

 Everything was as good as the first jar of marinade I bought and I used the seasoning and marinades on all types of meat and seafood, including pork, beef, chicken and turkey.  I also used the shrimp sauce on crabs, scallops and whole fish.  I've used them to bake, broil and grill.  I've even used the injector with some of my own home-made concoctions and everything came out very flavorful. 

 Louisiana Fish Fry products add great flavor to any kind of meat or seafood.  They are reasonably priced.  I intend to stock up for this year's grilling season.
