Their outrageous omelettes helped me loose weight

They cook their omelettes in pam, they have lots of vegetable choices, they are huge and fluffy

I have been on weight watchers for the past few months, so i am always looking for great food for lunch that is low in points...i have been going to Mitchell's restaurant on Clybourn in Chicago for most of my life, and it took me this long to realize it was my perfect spot. I go there almost everyday for lunch now, and i order an egg white omelette with spinach, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms and wheat toast. The entire omelette plus one piece of toast is only 4 points. Perfection!!!!!
