    Too slow in revealing plot details., confusing back and forth plots

I have given up on Lost, because it has taken way too long to come back with this latest season.  Also, my husband and I are concerned about the language, as well as unnecessary violence and promiscuity.  We have 4 kids (2 of them are teenagers), and we don't want them to think that this type of show is what they should be watching, and how people should act, so we have stopped watching it altogether.

I will admit, however, I have been reading the recaps because I want to see what finally happens to these people, but this way I can skip over most of the garbage they include along the way.
