I have shopped on LordandTaylor.com maybe a handful of times, but I never had single problem. I really like the simple layout of the website and the ease of the categories drop boxes. I was really surprised by the quality of name brand apparel they have to offer at a affordable price. There is always a promo code for regular and clearance items. The code is usually for 15% and 20% respectfully. The deals are usually good after applying the code, but that can be negated by shipping fees. Luckily that can be avoided because LordandTaylor.com works in concert with ShopRunner.com. ShopRunner offers free 2-day shipping on most items. A ShopRunner subscription does cost about $79 a year, but you can usually get a free trial subscription for a year. I have yet to encounter an item on this LordandTaylor.com that I couldn't get for free 2-day shipping. I would definitely recommend Lordandtaylor.com to anyone looking for name brand clothes at affordable prices.

I fell in love with Lord and Taylor when I lived in a city that had Lord and Taylor department stores at their malls. I have since moved and there is no physical Lord and Taylor store near me. So I now shop at their online store. I am very happy with my online shopping experience with them. I love that I have a log in and they tailor their emails to what I have purchased online, they alert me to sales and free shipping specials. I also appreciate that in their beauty section, they do offer products that have free gifts with purchase and giveaways. I find that their checkout is very fast and secure. I never worry when making a purchase with them. I have always been happy with their fast shipping. I never have to wait too long to get my packages. They also have great customer service. I have called customer service 3x over returns or when I had questions and they were extremely helpful and respectful. The customer service agent also alerted me to a sale I was not aware of which helped save me money. Lord and Taylor's website/online shopping also makes it easy when making a return.
