What is it?
The Stereo USB Headset 205 by Logitech is a Headset/Microphone combo for computer users who need to speak, listen and type all at the same time.   It plugs into your computers USB port and has a cord that attaches to the headset and a microphone that can be pulled down for use or pushed back when not in use.   Logitech claims that the microphone has a noise cancelling feature and I agree with that statement.  When I am speaking Espanol into my microphone (I'll explain that later), the background noise in my home is not heard.   The stereo sound quality is a great feature that allows you to hear your games, music, Espanol Professor, clearly.  The cushions on the headset make it very comfortable to wear over your ears and helps to drown out the background noise for you, as well.

My Viewpoint!
I was required to purchase the Logitech Stereo USB Headset 250 for an online Spanish class that I am currently taking (that's where my above references come into play).   I  wasn't thrilled about having to buy another headset/microphone combo since I had a perfectly good one sitting at home but nonetheless, I am a rule follower and I followed the rules.  I really like the Stereo USB Headset 250 by Logitech better than my old one.

I can hear in stereo quality while drowning out the background noise around me and allowing me to properly learn the pronunciation of the words spoken.  I can also speak into the microphone and my words can be heard  clearly while blocking out my background noise as well. 

My only complaint is that the headset/microphone doesn't speak the Spanish for me!

I really like this headset and I know it will be an asset to any online student, gamer or person who likes to chat (verbally) online.
