At first glance the Logitech MX Ait Wireless Mouse may come off as just a nice, sleek wireless mouse. It performs well and is comfortable to hold. The scrolling is done via sliding your finger across the center button (not pressin in) and works fairly well. There are also a few more buttons on the mouse that are fully customizable, which is a nide touch. The mouse comes with a charging dock. I can't really comment on the batteryl life, as the mouse is always docked when not in use. What separates this mouse from most other mice is that it can also be used in the area. Lifting the mouse and waving it around causes the cursor to react, and is very responsive. Obviously one will not see the same amount of resposiveness as on a flat surface, but it is great at times when desk space is at a minimum. We use this in treatment rooms of a dental office and for that purpose it works great. A little pricey, but it works well.
