The Logitech MX-1000 is by far, the best mouse I have ever used. The laser technology makes the movement of the cursor smooth and easy. I have owned mine for about two years now, and have not had a single problem with this mouse. It was kind of expensive ($85), but I have saved enough in batteries to offset the price. If you are in the market for a new mouse, this is the one for you.
