Awesome mouse

I and my husband bought this wireless logitech mouse, and we LOVE it!There were some problems with scrolls being little weak and we had to go exchange it,but overall they are great to use. I love the nano wireless receivers. They are small enough to be noticeable. I don't even take them out of the USB port.

Logitech M505 wireless mouse is awesome

The Logitech M505 wireless mouse is a fantastic mouse. I use it with my laptop. The mouse is less painful to use compared to using the touchpad typically found on laptops. I bought this mouse after my wrist and fingers got tired of using the laptop's touchpad. I think I was getting carpal tunnel syndrome. This Logitech mouse is much easier to use. The size of the mouse is not too small for me. The scroll wheel is very easy to use. The wheel does have notches so you can scroll on notch at a time, which I prefer over the smooth wheel. The scroll wheel on the M505 is also much easier to scroll versus my wired Logitech G3 mouse. That is, less force is needed to move the wheel. The buttons are easy to push, but they are loud. I would prefer if the buttons were quieter. The mouse is lightweight without batteries, but adding two AA batteries does make it feel kind of heavy, but not too bad. The M505 has good range. I have been able to use it from across the room with no problems. I like the tiny unifying reciever. The mouse does take a split second to wake if it is in sleep mode. The mouse goes into sleep mode after about 30 to 60 seconds of not being moved. This can be annoying at times and it is because of this I would not recommend this mouse for gaming. For most people, the slight delay won't matter at all. After it wakes from sleep, it works just like a wired mouse and more convenient because of the lack of wires.

I love this Logetech Wireless Mouse!

Along with my HP mini that I got for Christmas, I also got this matching wireless mouse.  I absolutely love it.  The receiver that you plug into the computer is so small, only about 4mm long.  Since the receiver is so short, I don't even have to take it out when I put my laptop in its case.  When you turn the mouse on, the time it takes for the computer to recognize it is almost immediate, so you can literally turn it on and start using it right away. The laser in the mouse is very sensitive.  It's great for school, because I can just use the mouse right on the tables without needing a mouse pad. The mouse is also very ergonomic, so it feels very natural.  The mouse also has a little compartment on the bottom to hold the usb receiver when you aren't moving the mouse. I haven't had the mouse for very long at all yet, but I've left it on for a couple days on accident before, and the battery still hasn't died.

Logitech M505 Wireless Mouse is my favorite yet!

This mouse was recently on sale so I decided to pick several up, that went to myself, my husband, my teen daughter, and my best friend.  My old Logitech mouse had a long USB port receiver that would always get bumped and bent and eventually effected the use of it, making it difficult to remove, and such, as well as it had to be re-attached to the mouse to turn it off to save battery use.  THIS Logitech mouse, however, is totally different and is much better than previous models.  The USB port receiver is much smaller, and only sticks out 1/4" from the computer, which keeps things from bumping into it, such as the computer's power cord, bumping into things on a desk, etc, which is a GREAT benefit.  PLUS, this model does not require that the USB port receiver be re-attached to the mouse itself to turn it off.  It has the benefit of being able to stay plugged into the computer to keep it from getting lost, and the mouse itself has an on/off switch, which helps to save on battery use!

The logitech m505 is the best wireless mouse i have ever used

i got one of these after trying the microsoft 2000(possibly 3000) wireless mouse with the large usb receiver, and i was pleasently surprised to find that this thing is leagues better than that old one i had. This mouse comes with a very small usb reciever that you can barely even notice when it is plugged into your computer(which would probably be pretty easy to lose if you ever even found a reason to unplug it) The battery lasts for a long time in this thing, and i dont think i've ever used a mouse that works on more surfaces. i mean, my other mice would jump all over the place if i didn't use a mousepad, but this thing works on my computer desk without a mousepad, on the floor, my knee, the couch, pretty much anywhere that there is a surface. does not require the surface to be flat either, it's a great mouse for a laptop user due to this all around functionality.  It is incredibly comfortable and well fitted for a normal persons hands, and is very easy to click with, some mice i have used are kind of difficult and hard to click down.

Love the compact wireless USB

4

Good mouse for the price.  I really like the compact wireless USB.  That is the reason I purchased this mouse.  I broke my previous mouse because I kept hitting the USB sticking out from the side of my laptop.  The mouse itself works pretty well most of the time.  There are cases when it freezes up, but after a few seconds starts working again. I read where another reviewer mentioned that it isn't a good gaming mouse, and this is true.  I play Cooking Dash and Plock and it freezes up all of the time.  Not so much that I'd get another mouse, but this might make a difference to a serious gamer (which I am not).
