The best mouse I have ever used. The shape fits perfectly on my hands (I have fit medium size gloves). I have used many laser/gaming mouse in the past and nothing beats this. There is a huge improvment from the g5 v1 to the v2. The material of the mouse is very different. The g5 v2 has a nice feel to it because it hand will never get sticky or sweaty. The cord is very long. The only bad thing about the mouse is that eventually there will be a problem with the cord of the mouse. I had to RMA my mouse because it would disconnect at certain times by itself. Other than the cord problem the mouse is amazing. unfortunately logitech no longer makes the logitech g5 v1 or v2. They came out of g500. I prefer the g5 v2 over the g500 even though g500 has better specs. I wish I could buy another 1 of these mouses. They are amazing!

I have owned this mouse for over a year now. I dont know what it is with me and mice, but i go through mice about once every year to year and half.  This is mostly the case with optical and laser mice  While the mouse worked, it was very accurate and had no connectivity issues. You plug it into the USB port and it is recognized right away.  It was a great gaming mouse and I never had issues playing and first person shooters with this mouse.  It is a fairly attractive mouse and is customizable for gaming. Overall, I am happy with logitech mice.  A few weeks ago, the mouse started skipping and doing weird things.  All i could say was "Here we go again".  I dont know why this always happens, but  after a year or so, my mice always start to skip.  When playing first person shooter games, the mouse just goes crazy and the screen just starts rotating erratically.  I guess I cant really blame this on the durability of the mice. Maybe i just apply too much force on the mouse. Overall im happy when it works.
