Comfortable for gaming

5

After using it for years and using it for gaming as well I gotta say it's a really slick, clean, and comfortable keyboard. Pretty durable too since I've accidentally dropped it at times but to my surprise no keys were popped out like cheap ones. So I gotta say it's a really comfy and good keyboard.

Best Cordless Keyboard And Mouse For Comfort And Efficiency.

5

I love this wireless keyboard and mouse combo. Performance The performance of these two products is flawless. There is nothing complicated about these products. All I had to do when the box arrived was to put the batteries in the mouse and keyboard and plug the dongle into the usb port on my computer. No software to download at all. And just like that I was up and running. Durability Keyboard seems a little flimsy, but nothing serious. The mouse is solidly constructed. Design I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and the keyboard has helped immensely. it is ergonomically designed, and you don't have to press hard on the keys. It also has a very nice wrist rest. The mouse is also very nicely designed and is very responsive. Comfort Both the mouse and the keyboard are very comfortable to use. I do a lot of keyboarding and I use the internet extensively, and both of these products have been very helpful in keeping the stress on my hand and arm muscles down.

excellent deal

Very well pleased with this product. I should actually say products since you are receiving more than one. In this package you receive the Logitech wave keyboard and the accommodating mouse. They both function very pleasantly and they are both very comfortable to use. The keyboard is very accurate and each stroke registers with the computer. I do not mistakenly press other keys as I used to do with the other keyboard and it is very comfortable to type since it is space differently to be a more ergonomic keyboard. There is also a little bit of material at the bottom portion of the keyboard that provides little comfort. The mouse just like the keyboard has been pleasant to use and although it is one of the basic mice from Logitech, it has faithfully worked for me for some time now. If you're looking for both a mouse and keyboard and I highly recommend this mouse and board set.

clutter free and comfy

The wave Pro keyboard from Logitech is an ergonomic way to interact your computer. The keyboard is the primary input device that allows the user to communicate with a PC computer. It is important because it is used so much that it be comfortable and healthy to use. Most people do not even think about the health risks or implications that keyboard would have on the user, and for most people it does not matter to be truthful with you. But if you are like me and you spent hours and hours on the keyboard, whether it is due to gaming or whether it is due to work out of necessity, then you will need to pay attention to how your wrists and your fingers line up to the keyboard. It is important that you select a good one and one that you enjoy using. Not only is this keyboard comparable to use but it is cordless meaning that you do not have to worry about clutter on your desk.

Well pleased

Logitech always makes good products and I am very pleased with my Logitech Wave Pro keyboard. The mouse I do not use as I use another mouse, an MX518, also made by logitech, but I do love the Wave Pro. This keyboard is different from a normal rectangular keyboard. It is slightly curved, and it is geared and designed for those with comfort in mind. So if you do a lot of typing, a lot of word processing, and the like, then comfort and fit are gonna be a high priority. This Wave Pro keyboard works really well for these types of people as the keys and spacing is meant to be comfortable. The keyboard is very easy to hook up to your computer and does not require any special steps or procedures. the wireless signal is quite responsive and i have never had a situation where I input something into the keyboard and I got a delayed response. It was slightly more than I think it should be but it is certainly affordable and not horribly priced. The keyboard is one I will be using for some years.

Satisfied with this

The Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Pro set is a good way to pick up a keyboard and mouse set for your computer. The cordless set up is a great way to keep things clean and tidy on your desk. I feel that the response time/lag is not an issue and really love the way it keeps cluttler away from my office computer rig. The keyboard and mouse are common items that Logitech makes so you can be comfortable making the purchase. They are not new to making keyboards or mouses at all and have a really wide selection. This means that the Cordless wave pro keyboard+mouse set has great quality and build construction. The keyboard types well and the buttons do not get stuck. The mouse moves as it should and the mouse has a very comfortable feel. The keyboard and mouse are extremely easy to hook up and there was no hassle at all. They also look great, although that wasn't really much of a factor for me. For the price and performance, I am relaly happy with this set.

Best Bang for the buck for a cordless combo

5

What can I say about this beauty. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and physically pleasing to the touch. The wave's ergonomic design allows your hands to feel extremely comfortable while typing. It even comes with a wrist pad so that your wrists are protected form chaffing on the desk. If you are a person who types constantly, you know how much this can help you. I previously used a Logitech keyboard that had some wrist support, but it does not compare to this soft gel material. There are numerous hotkey functions all over the keyboard to allow those who want to game, do home studio products, or whatever, a way to customize their preferences. The keyboard also has a few hotkeys for music play, stop, fast forward options which are nice if you listen to a lot of music. The way the keyboard is ergonomic really allows you to feel like you are typing effortlessly. Now for the mouse: I like the design of the mouse because it fits the size of a hand. It feels sturdy and full, not one of those dinky laptop mouses. As a result, it gives you a better sense of control and allows you to be pretty precise when you click on something. Moreover, the mouse has 5 buttons and with the Logitech SetPoint settings, it allows you to customize what those buttons do. I would highly recommend this keyboard combo for gaming. The mouse feels great because of a soft synthetic type of material similar to the pads on the keyboard. The battery life has been good so far, I don't think I have had to replace it in 6 months with heavy usage, but we'll see how this keeps it. Now for some downsides since this is all fine and dandy stuff, but it does have some cons that I can think of. If you want the utmost precision sensitivity for hardcore gaming, this isn't the wireless mouse and keyboard combo to go. In fact, you should still stick with corded. Moreover, this keyboard runs big, so If you want a nice, tidy, and small keyboard system, you can probably find a more sleek, less bulky one. Overall, if you are looking for a keyboard and mouse combo, this is the best bet. It is comfortable, has a useful range of functionalities and customizable buttons, and battery life is relatively good. Lastly, you should really take into consideration Logitech's warranty and customer service. I have had to return some things before and always got something new and upgraded back if the product began to wear down. They are an excellent company and this is a great product!

Logitech Wave Pro - Great Convenience at a Great Price

4

I've had the Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Pro Keyboard and Mouse for roughly 5 months now, and I am not disappointed with my purchase. I use the combo on my HTPC in the living room hooked up to my Samsung LED. I sit about 10 feet away from the receiver which is plugged into my desktop, and as long as there is good traction, the mouse usually works with only minor interruptions. One gripe I have with the mouse, is that mine came with one of the feet starting to peel off, and when I use the mouse it would catch on my mouse pad, so I had to use an exacto knife to cut the peeled part off. Besides that, I have no qualms with the mouse. The keyboard on the other hand, constantly lags and loses connection unless it has a direct line of sight with the receiver. Sometimes I will type an entire sentence and nothing will show on the screen, and then I will lift the keyboard up so that it can see the receiver, and it starts outputting my sentence. The Wave Pro can definitely not be used as a wireless gaming combo, but for the casual multimedia user, it gets the job done just fine. To be fair, I do have a wireless 2.4Ghz router within 6 feet of the receiver, and I have read it may cause interference. Even so, I am completely happy with this set and would recommend it to someone like me.

Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Pro for comfort and functionality

5

The Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Pro is probably one of the best investments I have made as a computer peripheral.  No, it doesn't light up or have a million buttons for everything and no it doesn't have an LCD screen built-in, but those are mostly either gimmicks or for gamers.  This keyboard and mouse combo is extremely comfortable, from the palmrest to the large mouse.  The keyboard is slightly curved along its length, as well as in its height, but isn't as extreme as some of the "natural ergonomic" keyboards that have your hands at 90 degree angles.  You'll find it's easy to adjust to this keyboard after a few minutes and the slight angle keeps your hands apart so your wrists aren't bending too much to fit on the board.  The function buttons are nice, if you can use them, but I find the most useful buttons are the calculator buttons and the volume rocker.  I had a Logitech LX700 before, which had a scroll disk for volume, which would skip if you scrolled any faster than slow; this rocker doesn't have any problems. But I'd have to say the mouse is the best part of this package, which is why even the standalone mouse is so expensive.  If you like your current keyboard and dont' want to drop a lot of money all at once, just get the mouse.  The mouse is large and comfortable.  If you're coming from smaller, cheaper mice or laptop mice, you'll have to adjust to resting your palm on the mouse surface and your fingers not dragging all over your desk [unless you have large hands - I have medium sized hands].  Go to Fry's or somewhere that has them on display and fit your hands to it - it'll feel weird at first but after a few days you'll find the the medium weight of the mouse is easy to control precisely.  It's a laser mouse, so it can pick up even the slightest movement and its sensitivity can be set in two modes - one for regular mousing [comfortable speed] and one for precision [more sensitive] - or I'm sure you can make it the other way around depending on your needs, if you want.  It has a thumb button that you wouldn't notice unless you accidentally push it - I just leave that unprogrammed.  It scrolls nicely and you can [the best part] switch between a notched scroll [clicks when you scroll] to a smooth scroll [ball bearing so it will keep going for 30 some seconds if you flick it]. If you're deal savvy, sometimes Logitech has shipment problems and an entire batch of boxes are deemed "dented box" so they sell half price from their website.  I got my box via this program and there was not a scratch or dent anywhere. It's nice - get it.  Even if you don't have a discount, if you appreciate comfort and spend at least a few hours a day on the computer, I think you'll appreciate this.

Good, But Not For Gaming

4

Not too long ago I decided it was time to get a new keyboard and mouse. That's when I saw the Logitech Pro and just had to buy it! It is a very comfortable, cordless (wireless) keyboard and since it's by Logitech, you know it's of high quality. What's great about getting this Pro set is that the mouse it comes with can be charged through USB too. If you purchased the mouse separately then you do not get that feature. The battery life on wireless mouses seems to be terrible generally, but that is not the case with this product. This comfortable, sleek mouse will easily last more than a week from any given charge. It also has extra buttons on it that can be used as hotkeys, as configured through the Logitech software. The keyboard has a lot of these extra hotkey buttons as well, which can speed up productivity nicely. There's even a little spot on the keyboard for your wrists to rest, which is nice if you are constantly using it. Unfortunately, this keyboard and mouse are not good for gaming. They can play games fine generally, but there are occasions where it simply acts up from excessive use. It doesn't act up for very long, just a little bit, and I only experience this with full person shooter games. 4.5/5 stars.
