Logitech seems to be the leader in cordless peripherals for computers.  The N231 called the Click has a nice feel to it, not too big, not too small.  It has the scrolling wheel that allows for smooth scrolling up and down.  When you press down on this wheel, you get a speed scroller that moves rapidly.  This model requires 2 AA batteries, and does not have a charging stand as some other models.  You need a USB port to connect it to your computer.  This looks a lot like a flash drive, and has to be inserted in the computer at all times, for the mouse to work.  This is rather large, about 2 1/2" long, and sticks out of the computer.  This is rather bulky.  I do have another logitech that has a tiny USB connection, that only protrudes about 1/2" from the computer, and I like this better.  The mouse is smooth to use, and measures about 5" in length, so it is a full size mouse. The right click, left click buttons are located near the top of the mouse, not on the sides, and are on either side of the scrolling wheel. Other than the large size of the USB connector, this is a nice mouse.
