I usally use the cans of energy drink for a boost when i need it but a friend gave me one of the berry flavored five hour energy drinks the other day and it really worked.  The taste was nothing to write home about but I think it would be better cold than hot.  It gave me that extra little shot of energy and helped me finish the day like I needed.  It lasted way longer than advertised and did not ave such a sudden drop off like alot of other energy drinks do.  i will defintely be buying this on a regular basis from now on.
