I purchased this when my oldest was younger. It's now been through 3 of my own children, plus a cornucopia of babysat children, nieces and nephews, and friends children. It has been inside and outside. There's very little fading after YEARS of abuse. My ten year old played on it and it withstood that too! Very durable, quality toy!

The Little Tikes Classic Rocking Horse is great for little guys and gals! The plastic that this toy is made out of is strong and sturdy. It will last for years and shouldn't crack or break. It is a fun toy that will keep your child busy for awhile. I loved watching my kid laugh and giggle as they rocked back and forth. It was easy for my toddler to use. He could get on it himself. The sit is a good size for sitting, the handle bars are nice and thick for holding onto and the bottom is nice and wide for feet to rest on well. It is a cute horse in a fun color. They can make it rock really easily and it's not a toy that you have to worry about them falling off of because most of the toy is wide enough. One of the things that I like about the rocking action is that even if they rock really hard it doesn't look or feel like they will topple forward or backward. It's pretty good at staying on a good balance. We had a little wooden rocking horse once that would make you fall forward if you went forward too hard. This one doesn't do that. It's the perfect little rocking horse for toddlers.

The Little Tikes Classic Rocking Horse is a great toy for around the house. It will keep my children entertained for quite a while and is durable. I have never had any issues with it in regards to safety, and it is very stable. My only complaint is that it is sort of short so my 18 month old daughter, who is very tall for her age, can barely fit on it! Other than that it is great!

I love this rocking horse.  It can be used inside or outside.  Hold up to the toughest use.  Very safe for the child and I have yet to see one  childt that did not love to rock on it.  There are no moving parts so there is nothing to break down.

My parents got this as a hand me down for my daughter and my first impression was okay its just a horse. Then before my daughter was even able to walk, she crawled right over to the horse and got herself on it. She wasnt sure how to make it rock at first, but with a little help she learned in no time. She did fall off several times, but she just kind of slid off and the horse is so low to the ground that she didn't have far to fall! She is now 2 1/2 and will still put it out to ride on it.

The Little Tikes Classic Rocking horse was given to use from a family friend because thier children outgrew it.  Both of our children (4 years old and 16 months old) are enjoying it.  Our 4 year old doesn't play with it much but our 16 month old loves it.  Our 16 month old  can easily get on and off of it without hurting himself and he has been able to do this for some time now.  The rocking horse is made so that it can not tip over frontwards or backwards making it safe. It is wide enough that it does not tip over from side to side either.  Our son can rock very fast on it and we have no worries about him hurting himself.  He has even stood up on it (not recommended of course) but is able to easily keep his balance.  I attribute this to the sturdiness and stability of the rocking horse.  The horse is light enough to easily be moved from room to room which my wife appreciates when she is vacuuming or cleaning up.  This is a very durable toy that has and will continue to stand the test of time.

We went to a family members house for a party and they had a Little Tikes Classic Rocking Horse. My 16 month old daughter and another little girl fought over this toy the whole time. It's a durable product by a name brand company. It never tipped over and its made with no sharp edges that they could bump into. The only problem we had was the girls trying to pull each other off. Or both of them trying to be on it at the same time and bumping their heads together. My aunt said it was an outside toy and they just spray it with a water hose and wipe it off to clean it. It also came in one piece so no assembly was required. To me that aspect sales it. My husband and I just spent 3 hours putting a birthday present together. I'm going to be looking at getting my daughter thir Rocking Horse in the spring when in warms up a little. It will provide a lot of outside, safe fun. I recommend this toy to everyone!

We have owned this toy for many years! I have 5 children ages 11, 7,4,2,and 8 months and they have all spent time on the horse! Lots of fun to be had on this little horse. We had it inside then moved it into the portch then have now moved it into the back yard in the sandbox! It has held up for many years the only thing that is broke is the handle which we have replace with a dowl for right now. It has held up in the weather also! It has been outside for 2 years now and it has fadded in color but that is it! I would recomend this product to anyone, my children havehad lots of fun with it and it will be around for many more years and it might even be one of those classic toy that get to be used on the grandchildren! No matter what it is all together a perfect toy for any ages of children and can withstand many years of heavy usage. This is a must buy for all day care centers also, in case you were thinking that?

This toy is a family favorite. My 15 month old son loves it. It was my little sisters from 8 years ago and its still in great shape! Definetely a toy worth buying.  My son will smile when he rocks back and forth. He has never had any injuries from this toy. We use it inside but it can also be used outside. Alltogether its a fun, safe ride for children. Ages 1-5
