We received this as a gift and my daughter loved this and played with it for a long time.  The mail was hard to keep track of, but overall she played with this toy for a few years.  She was always entertained with the different things she could do with it and it was bright and colorful.  The bee also buzzed around and she like to put all sorts of mail in it.  We even started giving her junk mail to put in her mailbox.  When my second daughter came along she played with it with the same enthusiasm.  We loved this toy and give it as gifts now.

This is sooo cute. My son loves checking for mail everyday in his own little mailbox. There is a bee that spins and buzzes when he hits him, and it cracks him up everytime. The mailbox opens and he can retrieve his "mail". It comes with 3 different colored "letters". Sometimes I put other little surprises in there for him to. The flag makes a clicking noise when you raise and lower it. This gets lots of play time on it's own. It also has a little butterfly on top and there is a lady bug in the grass part. This is super cute and he loves playing with it all the time. We make special trips so he can check his mail during the day. It's bright and colorful and really captures my little ones attention. There are a couple drawbacks we have found. He is only one but still manages to tip it quite a bit. The base needs to be more weighted a little more. It also took a while to put together. Almost an hour between my husband and I. But once it's together, the fun doesn't stop :)

We bought the Buzz About Mailbox used at a yard sale, and it was one of our best finds! It came with the three packages, but the mail was missing. That has not proven to be a problem, as our daughter (age 2 1/2) makes everything into mail. We give her some of our junk mail, like catalogs and postcard advertisements, and she calls it "my mail" and makes us read it to her over and over. She also likes to save anything flat and mail-like, such as empty gift cards, tags from clothing (if they have characters on them), and business cards, so she never has a shortage of mail. When we gave the mailbox to her, she was a little too old for the rolling ladybug and sliding worm at the base of the mailbox, but she liked the butterfly on the top and the buzzing bee that rotates around the mailbox. Our younger daughter doesn't walk yet, so she likes to sit and play with the toys at the base. Once she's a little older, I imagine the girls will send mail to each other and enjoy this toy together.

I bought this toy for my children when they were infants and now my oldest daughter is 4 and youngest is 2 and they are still playing with it.....it is their mailbox for their house in our basement!  Money well spent!

Both of my kids loved the **Little Tikes Buzz About Mailbox.** We received it as a gift from a friend and what luck!! It amused my babies for hours. And it still does during the toddler phase. The nice thing about the **Little Tikes Buzz About Mailbox is that it **grows with your child. As an baby, they touch and roll things, and as an infant/toddler they role play. For example, my three year old now tells me we have mail from Grandpa and pretends to read what the letter says!  So, what's the buzz all about **Little Tikes Buzz About Mailbox**? It's more than just a plain old mailbox. It is an adorable plastic (and quite colorful) mailbox with a door that opens and closes, a red mail flag that turns, a buzzing bee that spins around, a cute little butterfly, a worm that slides and a round lady bug that spins. It also comes with 3 pieces of mail (which my kids used with every other toy in the house) as well as three stackable cups. So, it offers tons of enjoyment beyond simply "mailing".  The other major plus as mentioned above is that it offers enjoyment for a couple of years, so your kids dont outgrow it too quickly. The only downside is that the toy is kind of big-- 1.5 to 2 feet tall. However, it is very sturdy and easy to clean. **I recommend Little Tikes Buzz About Mailbox **for ages 4 months to 3 years. It was one of our favorites and I am sure it will be one of yours too!!
