Little Castle Furniture

The reality is that most furnishings are made to fit adults.  On the other hand, many specialty children's furniture options are... cheaply made and/or tacky.  O.K. I said it.  I wanted some child sized furniture for kids but I wanted it to be durable and classy too.  I wanted to find some child sized furniture that looked like it belonged in my home.  I found just what I wanted with Little Castle Furniture.

I'd seen Little Castle Furniture in a local furniture boutique.  I loved it but boy was the price steep.  Then I found it in a quality children's clothing store (think smocking dresses) and it was on sale!

I chose two pieces of children's furniture. I chose a plump chair covered in a jungle print with muted greens and neutral colors for "him."  I chose a chaise lounge in muted green checks for "her."  At times I have incorporated each piece into the children's rooms but recently I moved both to an area rug in the living room, added a rocker for mom and a basket for books and walaah we have a new, comfy reading area for winter.

What I like about Little Castle Children's Furniture:

They have classy prints that mimic furniture I would actually buy in any size.

The fabric is stain repellent and cleans up well.

It's very well made.  It's durable with great details like ruffled bottoms and rolled seams.

The big plus is that it is larger than traditional children's furniture.  (I can actually sit in it.  I may look silly but there's no danger I'll break it.)

It really is comfy.  My kids love to hang out in theirs.

Kid's won't outgrow Little Castle Furniture passed the preschool years and it won't break and become dumpster bound.

Little Castle Furniture offers chairs, chaise lounges and ottomans in a variety of fabrics, prints and colors.

My Viewpoint:  It's fun for kids to have their own kid's size furniture and Little Castle Furniture looks good in your home and will last and last.  I think I'll get to see my grandchildren enjoy this furniture many, many years from now.
