A good idea, but product is not as good as it appears to be

    easy to use

Cons
    the electric rake gets stuck sometimes, clumps get stuck to rake prongs

I like the whole aspect of the product, how the litter gets scooped automatically and the clumps get dropped into a storage receptacle for disposal, but there were too many drawbacks, such as the rake did not always make a complete sweep, some clumps stuck to the rake and had to be scraped off, the clumps did not always drop into the receptacle and had to be cleaned off the edge of the box.  It lost its' favor with me real fast.
