the electric rake gets stuck sometimes, noise of rake - can be irrating, clumps get stuck to rake prongs

Okay so I bought this thinking it would be great! the first few days it was awesome..... then it all went down hill ! i have tried about 20 diffrent kinds of litter all of them get stuck and break the rake. i have to turn it off cause its so loud the noise scares the cats. sometimes when we are gone the rake gets stuck so it will just keep rakeing and rakeing until there is no more littler in the litter box and it over fills the bucket and dirty litter spills all over the floor! i hate this cat box! i ended up buying a $10 buck sifting cat box its easy to clean and the cats love it! save your money dont buy this!
