(Full disclosure: I received quite a few free Listerine Whitening Strips as samples for me and my friends from BzzAgent.com.)
Without a doubt, the best, most unique feature of Listerine Whitening Strips is that they dissolve in your mouth. No more extracting a gooey, saliva-dripping strip from your mouth after 30 minutes! They do taste like what they are, which is hydrogren peroxide, and you'll definitely want a swig of water afterwards. But dissolving is much neater and more convenient than other brands, like Crest Whitestrips. They're perfect for wearing while commuting to work, for example.
However, after using the Listerine strips, I have to say that I have not noted any difference in the whiteness of my teeth. After using just a few Crest Whitestrips in the past, I've gotten comments about my teeth, but using several Listerine strips has not seemed to make a difference.
However, they are inexpensive, at about $20 for 56 strips, and you will at least have the satisfaction of knowing that your mouth is cleaner, even if your teeth aren't markedly whiter.
