Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash: All Sizes and Flavors —
This winter I suffered a brutal unforgiving cold and I took everything possible associated with helping me fight it, Chicken soup, orange juice, cold medicines etc. and then I remembered an old stand by.. the original, Listerine, it's not just for killing germs that cause bad breath and gum disease it's an antiseptic that's infallible during the cold and flu season.
The four essential oil combo of eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salicylate and thymol Soothes my soar throat better than any cough drop or syrup, though it may be strong, it dosen't irritate an already irritated inflamed soar throat and mouth.
You may use it full strength or diluted. I gargled once in the morning and after I've eaten my main meals of the day and before bed. This helped remove pain and phlegm speeding up the healing process.
This fall, it will be the first thing on my list when I go to stock up on all the Cold/Flu must haves for my medicine cabinet, please make sure you do the same, you'll be glad you did!
