I use Lipton onion soup especially for making meat loaf and pot roast. I don't make them without using it.  It really adds just the right amount of flavor.  Just yesterday, I added it to gravy I was making.  Yes, I use it to make soup!  That is, to add to my own homemade beef and vegetable soup - yummy!  I always keep a few boxes on hand, wouldn't be without it . . .
