You wouldn't think sitting a bag of tea in cold or room temperature water would be very good. You might think that it would taste bland and watered down. It doesn't. I think it may even taste better than the original! Since I like my tea a bit strong I use 3 tea bags for 15 minutes in the sunlight. It is perfect for a house wife with three boys. Not much work must go into it and I do not have to worry about forgetting that the tea is on to boil!

Lipton cold brew has been a life saver on so many different occasions when tea is requested instead of other drink options. Same taste as hot brew tea in an instant!! My only complaint is it normally takes 3-4 tea bags to get the same results but well worth the time saver.

I am always drinking tea.  Iced, hot, whatever!  I like my tea plain.  That means no sugar and no lemon. For two reasons: the sugar really takes the value out of the HEALTHY aspect of tea for me and, I am really about things being allowed to taste like what they are! I'm not a coffee drinker because I don't like the taste of coffee.  Adding all the sugars, sweeteners, creamers and all that, for ME, really takes away from it. I'm the type of cook that will just lightly season meat to bring OUT the flavors, but I don't drown it in other things. That brings us to Lipton Cold Brew Tea bags.  I have never bought these before mostly because I like the versatility of the other tea bags and, I can make sun tea anytime I want with those.  Who needs a "specialized product" for something like that? I am visiting cousins and have been introduced to these.  I understand now the CONVENIENCE of such an item.  I mean, I wanted iced tea before, I had to brew it for a bit before having the iced tea.  This way you simple pour water right over the tea bag and it's done! What I didn't like is that every batch uses TWO tea bags!  I'm already buying a product (for a bit more) for something that I can get done with something regular and now they didn't even package it in a way that I only have to use one? However, when making suntea of anything other than one cup of hot tea, I have to use more than one of the regular tea bags...then again, those are smaller...you see my circular argument here? Let's move on to taste...it's okay.  It's not great, but it's not horrible either.  It's good enough that I'll drink it! My only last complaint is that there is a residue at the bottom of every cup.  You know, the tea that gets through the bags.  Other tea bags I don't find a lot of residue at the bottom.  I'm sure it has something to do with the way they make the tea as it has a fast reaction time to disperse throughout the water.  Not a turn off, just an observation. Would I drink it?  Yes...I am Would I accept it if someone bought it for me?  Yeah, I would. Would I buy it myself?  Probably not.

I am a true southerner, all we drink is iced tea I have always boiled my lipton tea bags, we were having a wedding at the house and I knew there was no way to make alot of tea and it be fresh .. I would be boiling for hours so I tried the lipton cold brew, it worked well in a pinch, but the taste is just not the same as boiling. I will recommend this for party's and picnic's but I will continue to boil at home. Lipton products rock !!

Okay, I lived in the deep south for a while when I was a kid and fell in love with sweet tea. Now I'm married to a Mississippi boy who is also in love with sweet tea. Needless to say, I make 2 quarts of sweet tea just about every other day. I used to brew it on the stove in a kettle. Then I discovered Lipton Cold Brew tea bags. Wow! These are great. HOWEVER, I have to rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because I just don't agree with the directions. In order to get a true, delicious iced tea, I have to use 3 large tea bags for 2 quarts of water. Then I refrigerate it for a minimum of 3 hours. Maybe it's just that we prefer a stronger tea. The first time I used it, I went by the directions on the box and we could barely make out a tea flavor. I still love this product, since it makes making iced tea so simple!

Lipton cold brew is the best thing that i have come across lately.  I always used to make sun tea and it would take hours to brew but with lipton cold brew I just drop in a few tea bags and within a hald hour the tea is ready.  No more having to wait half a day for tea when I run out.  The taste is the same and the price is just about the same so i will never buy anything else again.

I love the taste of fresh iced tea, especially on a hot day.  Now that summer is hear, I was in the need of something quick and easy but still refreshing.  I love the taste of Lipton Cold Brew because it is so easy to make and doesn't have an artificial taste.  Just fill your gallon container with water and steep in about four bags for a few minutes and you will have homemade iced tea in an instant.  The tea has a mild sweet flavor so you will probably want to add a little sweetener.  I like to add some Equal or Splenda for a low calorie drink.  When you are really thirsty this is the ultimate refresher and is perfect for entertaining in the summer.  It goes great with summer dishes and salads and is a perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day.  This tea is so quick to make and tastes great with a wonderful Lipton flavor.  You will want to stock up when it goes on sale because you will drink a lot of it.

Liptons Cold Brew Ice Tea is the best thiung that Lipton has come up with for ice tea drinkers. I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I tasted the familiar taste of freshly brewed ice tea I knew I was "home". This is not only tasty but really easy to make, just add ice.

This is great and easy. You can make a great tasting tea without the heat. This makes it great for on the go. Just carry a couple of bags around with you and shove it in a cold bottle of water and WALLAH, You have tea anywhere and anytime.I don't even bother to remove the bag from the bottle. For those of you that like sugar,just carry those little packets with your bags!
