We drink A LOT of Sweet Tea....actually, it's pretty much ALL we drink! We used to use just the regular Lipton Iced Tea Brew, that you have to boil the water for so long, then steep the bags, etc. Then a friend told me about Lipton Cold Brew. We have never looked back!
It' so easy to make! Put your sugar in your tea jug, add enough hot water to cover sugar and stir until dissolved, then fill rest of the way up with COLD water. Then put tea bags in jug to steep. We use 4 family size bags for one gallon. But, use how ever many the directions call for depending on how much tea you are making. Let steep for 5 minutes, and its done! (We let ours steep longer, because, we like our tea stronger, but, the box just says five minutes). Remove bags, stir and drink! It's so easy!!! No more boiling!
