Drinking green tea is a great way to add antioxidants to your diet, not to mention that it can also increase your metabolism. This drink is refreshing and tastes great. It can be alittle bitter if it is not cold. The citrus flavoring gives a slightly sweet taste without it being overpoweringly so. Each 8 oz. serving does contain 80 calories, which is much less than a soda while providing much needed nutrients. I drink a bottle every day. Try it for yourself.
